Echeveria "Blue Surprise" variegated - Origin: Asia
The variegated Echeveria "Blue Surprise" is a succulent plant with a tight, symmetrical rosette, thick, pointed leaves in pastel blue or light blue tones. The variegated version features irregular patterns in shades of cream, white, or yellowish, which contrast aesthetically with the blue background. In good lighting conditions, especially with soft direct sun, the edges may acquire a slight pink or lilac tinge, further enhancing its appearance.
The texture of this echeveria's leaves is smooth, with a layer of bloom that gives it a matte, powdery finish. This variety grows relatively slowly and maintains a compact shape.
Care:
- Sun exposure: Moderate, avoid intense direct light.
- Temperature: Protects from low and high temperatures (ideal between 12°C and 30°C).
- Watering: Do so by immersion, without wetting the leaves, and ensure that the substrate is dry before watering again.
- Substrate: Use a substrate with 50% mineral materials
- Reproduction: Low percentage of variegation per leaf. Reproduced by cuttings.
Shipment:
The plant is shipped bare root (without substrate or pot), the image is an 8.5 cm pot.
